For 6 years I worked as the creative lead for Insitu Productions.

Then, out of nowhere, it shut down.

To go from one day being in the heart of projects, working with clients, guiding the team, to the next day where there is … nothing, is disorientating and upsetting.

Initially, panic.

Financial panic. How can we keep life as close to normal as we can?

Project panic. How can we wind down projects and hand over to clients, if at all? How to save the intellectual work invested over the past 6 years, to keep hold of the portfolio, before it disappears, to stop it being just a long dream.

Future panic. What will I do now? What will I do next? What do I even do?

Initial days of panic are over, projects are wrapped up, necessary paperwork completed.
