Fishermen are landing their catch on Aldeburgh Beach at sunrise.
The light was beautiful. The beach and sea so still. Thirty minutes after the boat came ashore, the fish had been unloaded and were on sale.

Man: The best fish for the little uns today is skate because they don’t has bones. It just has cartilage,
Woman: Oh okay.
Man: and when they’re cooked the meat just scrapes off the cartilage.
Woman: So what time do you get up in the morning?
Man: uh this morning, 3 o’clock this morning.
