Next Tuesday, 19 January 2021, at 17:30 I’ll be talking about Didcot Power Station, pylons, wind turbines, infrastructure and landscape with poet and writer Brian Lewis @LongbarrowPress, compered by Mark Thomas @SoupCo.

Our conversation is organised by the Post War Infrastructure project @PostWarInfrast1 at Manchester School of Architecture, the first in a series of online conversations pairings visual and literary artists whose works also address infrastructure.

After walking the hills and valleys of South Oxfordshire for man years studying the interplay of landscape and infrastructure, its a great pleasure to be invited to take part in this project.

The MSA project run by Richard Brook and Luca Csepely-Knorr @lucaknorr is evaluating the values that people place on ‘Landscapes of Post-War Infrastructure’.
